ND Wheelhouse Rhythm Ride is a 45 minute indoor cycling class that will get you sweating and dancing in no time. The choreographed class uses the beat of music to hold you accountable throughout the workout. We incorporate purposeful upper body movements that will enhance your functional fitness. Come party with us on the bike!
BootyBarre/Barre workouts are fun energetic classes that fuses techniques from dance, pilates, yoga, that will tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Hand weights are used during our classes.
HIIT with Sculpt Hybrid classes are thirty minutes and will kick start your metabolism into over drive. The class is designed in a tabata format and uses bodyweight exercises that will tone and shape your muscles while burning fat. The sculpt section is designed to use the rep effect to strengthen and shape muscles.
